The total prize pool is 6000 EUR. The jury will evaluate teams based on key criteria such as feasibility, cost-effectiveness, scalability, and innovation. Solutions will also be assessed on their potential to reduce serious and lethal accidents, along with their impact on overall traffic quality, sustainability, and progress made during the hackathon. Teams are encouraged to propose effective and realistic solutions that can be scaled and widely adopted.

The hackathon encourages the formation of multidisciplinary teams, allowing participants to develop solutions across multiple fields. Teams can explore various disciplines, such as data science and analysis, behavioral science and social engagement, smart infrastructure and urban design, and vehicle safety and innovation. Other areas include vulnerable road users and accessibility, emergency response and medical care, sustainability and environmental design, as well as cross-border collaboration and policy—crucial for developing solutions that can be applied across the Baltic countries and beyond.

* Prizes are shown in full amount before tax.
